Sem contestação da parte de aliados da prefeita, oposicionista reclama de medidas que prejudicam a população
O vice-líder da oposição na Câmara, vereador Ciro Albuquerque (PTC), denunciou que a Prefeitura de Fortaleza estaria fechando leitos de pediatria e salas de clínica médica dos Frotinhas e Gonzaguinhas da cidade. De acordo com ele, os motivos alegados pelo Executivo seria a divisão da demanda de atendimentos especializados nas unidades de saúde secundárias.
Ainda na sessão ordinária de ontem, o parlamentar, mais uma vez, retirou de pauta dois requerimentos de sua autoria, um solicitando a presença da secretária de Saúde, Ana Maria Fontenele, para prestar esclarecimentos sobre o fechamento das pediatrias do Frotinha de Antônio Bezerra. O outro requer esclarecimentos da prefeita Luizianne Lins sobre empregos prometidos à população do bairro Serviluz, que perdeu o empreendimento do estaleiro Promar Ceará em 2010.
De acordo com Ciro Albuquerque, o plano desenvolvido pela Prefeitura consiste em realizar atendimentos de clinica médica apenas no Frotinha de Antônio Bezerra, enquanto a pediatria do Gonzaguinha da Barra do Ceará serviria para atender as crianças daquela região. Por isso, segundo ele, alguns os leitos pediátricos do Frotinha estariam sendo fechados.
O vereador defende ainda que as unidades citadas se tornem hospitais gerais, com diversas utilidades. Segundo ele, a decisão da Prefeitura fará com que pessoas sejam remanejadas entre os equipamentos, dependendo da especialidade.
Sem contestação
Segundo ele, com esta resolução vai haver uma demanda maior nesses hospitais, pois passarão a atender mais do que estão preparados. Ele assegurou ainda que a Prefeitura procurou os conselhos comunitários dos bairros onde os hospitais estão localizados, e ficou constatado que a população foi contrária a mudança, e ainda assim, o Executivo teria adotado a providência.
Sem a manifestação contrária de aliados da prefeita Luizianne Lins, Ciro garantiu que situação semelhante já acontece no Frotinha e Gonzaguinha de Messejana, onde os hospitais estão "abarrotados" por conta do fechamento da clínica médica do Gonzaguinha "Como é que a Prefeitura quer manter o transporte de pacientes desses locais, se são equipamentos totalmente diferentes?"
