Após reportagem apresentando problemas do transporte público, leitores enviaram, via redes sociais, flagrantes de problemas que vivenciam no cotidiano de Fortaleza
Um dos principais motivos de reclamação da população, hoje, é a dificuldade de mobilidade urbana em Fortaleza. Seja a pé, de ônibus, carro ou bicicleta, o ´rosário´ de queixas é extenso e bem penoso. Após a publicação da reportagem "Como priorizar o uso do ônibus se falta qualidade?", publicada no Diário do Nordeste, no último dia 13, leitores enviaram, via redes sociais, usando a palavra-chave #CaosFortaleza, flagrantes de problemas que vivenciam no cotidiano.

Filas extensas nos Terminais Rodoviários, ônibus lotados, longos congestionamentos, descumprimentos de lei, desrespeito ao próximo ou simples egoísmo, tudo isso foi registrado pelas câmeras desses cidadãos.

O internauta Clau Bacchi enviou flagrante de constantes acidentes de trânsito na esquina da Ana Bilhar com Oswaldo Cruz, demonstrando, segundo ele, um grave problema de falta de sinalização que gera batidas diárias.

A leitora Renata Damasceno, que, diariamente, atravessa a Avenida Bezerra de Menezes, se locomovendo em ônibus lotados, reclamou da falta de ordenamento do transporte urbano. Na foto enviada por ela, é possível ver três das quatro faixas da avenida ocupadas pelos coletivos.

Para quem enfrenta a "via-sacra" cotidiana de tentar se locomover na cidade de ônibus, parece sonhar com a aquisição de um carro particular, talvez pensando em sair do sufoco e diminuir o tempo de espera nas paradas e filas. Entretanto, quem está no seu veículo próprio, a depender do horário, também fica parado nos congestionamentos. Todos unidos pela lentidão do tráfego.

Qual a saída, então? Investir no carro próprio ou insistir na melhoria do passeio para pedestres e do sistema público, em trens, metrôs ou em mais ciclovias? Uma difícil questão.

Para o atual presidente da Autarquia Municipal de Trânsito, Serviços Públicos e de Cidadania de Fortaleza (AMC), Fernando Bezerra, a solução estaria na priorização do serviço de transporte público em detrimento ao individual, como preconiza a recente lei da Política Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana (PNMU).

"Hoje, com o atual sistema que temos, a gente não consegue convencer as pessoas a largarem os seus carros e andarem de ônibus. Estamos atrasados com relação ao transporte urbano. Nossas vias estão saturadas e, para piorar, surgem a cada dia, novos 139 carros. Um absurdo".

Para ele, há de se ter mais investimentos em trens e metrôs, assim como na formação dos corredores exclusivos para os coletivos, ação que, segundo ele, já está sendo planejada pela gestão. "Temos que pensar seriamente na melhoria da qualidade dos nossos serviços e cobrar que a população também faça sua parte, cumpra as leis de trânsito e aja com cidadania e respeito. É preciso se planejar para futuro, antes que a cidade pare literalmente", enfatiza Bezerra.

O presidente da Empresa de Transportes Urbanos de Fortaleza (Etufor), Ademar Gondim, se diz preocupado com a satisfação da sociedade, mas conta que muito já tem sido feito e que há melhorias. "Temos hoje a manutenção da tarifa, constante renovação da frota, melhoria do serviço e ainda vamos criar as tais faixas prioritárias. O problema mesmo é a questão dos congestionamentos. A velocidade média de um ônibus hoje não passa de 12Km por hora", finaliza.
