Delane dos Santos, 21, deixou o filho mais velho na fila, enquanto foi para a casa, buscar um recipiente único, com a porção de arroz, feijão e carne moída, pros três filhos. À mãe, na fila desde as 7 horas, faltava paciência. “Isso aqui é uma falta de vergonha. A gente tem criança, tem trabalho, tem vida e fica aqui perdendo tempo. Sabe nem se vai ter senha”. Na porta da ONG Projeto Família São Paulo, do Conjunto Alvorada, Delane era a terceira da fila de dezenas de mulheres e crianças. Eles aguardavam o atendimento que deveria ser realizado no Centro de Saúde da Família (CSF) Hélio Góes Ferreira, mas foi transferido, há mais de três meses, para o novo endereço. O CSF está fechado para uma reforma, sem prazo para início nem conclusão, na caixa d´água e no sistema de esgoto.

Enquanto isso, dezenas de mães, diariamente, passam o sufoco de acordar cedo, enfrentar o sol, a falta de acomodações e passar horas sem água e sem banheiro para conseguir senhas, que começam a ser distribuídas às 13 horas. Muitas vezes, o atendimento nem é garantido já que, pela grande quantidade de mulheres, as fichas não são suficientes: 16 para a pediatria e 16 para o exame do Bolsa Família.
Ontem, a primeira da fila chegou às 5h40min. “Para conseguir um ginecologista aqui, você tem que marcar com seis meses de antecedência. Hoje, eu faltei o meu emprego e passei o dia aqui, em pé. Quando tem atendimento, aí é bom”, lamenta Valdenice Ferreira, 48, que guardava a vaga de consultas para a filha e para a neta. A diarista descreve que até entende o motivo de os médicos faltarem inúmeras vezes ao trabalho no posto. Num ambiente insalubre, as salas de atendimento clínico têm um cheio forte de mofo, não tem janelas e, consequentemente, não tem ventilação.
Licitação
O Distrito de Saúde da Regional VI informa, através de nota, que a obra de reforma do CSF Hélio Góes já está na programação e, no momento, aguarda a conclusão do processo licitatório, ainda sem data para início. No entanto, os profissionais da Unidade foram realocados e continuam atendendo a população em caráter provisório em outros locais. Com relação à falta de médicos, a Regional se compromete a verificar as denúncias dos moradores e tomar as providencias necessárias.
