Após chuva, vias da cidade ficam repletas de buracos por conta da qualidade do asfalto

Com as primeiras grandes chuvas caindo sobre Fortaleza, os buracos começam a aparecer na malha viária da cidade. O POVO circulou por várias vias e registrou 12 buracos nas Regionais I, II, III e no Centro. Na esquina das avenidas Dedé Brasil e Expedicionários, um buraco vem prejudicando o fluxo do trânsito. O vendedor Rafael da Silva, 20, que trabalha no local, ficou surpreso quando viu a cratera. “Não estava assim. Passei esses dois dias de chuva (terça e quarta-feira) sem vir e, quando retornei, estava desse jeito. Os motoristas reclamam muito”.

A aposentada Maria de Jesus, 68, está revoltada com o ressurgimento do buraco na rua Princesa Isabel, quase esquina com a rua Pedro I. “Esse buraco já foi tapado várias vezes. O problema é que a Prefeitura tem que fazer a drenagem para a água poder escorrer. Olha como está a rua, cheia de lama”. Ainda na Princesa Isabel, no cruzamento com a Guilherme Rocha, a rede de drenagem está entupida e a água da chuva não tem para onde escoar. Porém, o problema maior está na ausência de uma das tampas da boca de lobo que fica no meio da via, deixando uma cratera aberta. “Todo ano dá esse problema”, diz o aposentado João Rodrigues, 80.

No cruzamento da avenida Sargento Hermínio com Padre Anchieta, no início do trecho duplicado pelo Programa de Transporte Urbano de Fortaleza (Transfor), o surgimento de um buraco gera incômodo aos motoristas. “Em toda chuva ele abre. E a pista parece que é feita de sonrisal. Só cair água e os buracos aumentam”, opina o taxista Chagas Guerra, 43. Na esquina das ruas Tenente Benévolo e José Vilar, o garçom Airton da Silva, 52, diz que a presença do buraco no cruzamento tem gerado acidentes.

Como forma de protesto, moradores da rua José de Barcelos, no bairro Parque Araxá, marcaram o buraco com tinta e escreveram ao lado IPVA e IPTU, como forma de cobrar o retorno dos impostos pagos ao poder público em melhorias para a cidade.

De acordo com a Companhia de Água e Esgoto do Ceará (Cagece), uma equipe foi enviada ontem à avenida Aguanambi, para resolver o problema com a tampa de esgoto. Sobre os buracos na rua Tenente Benévolo, a Secretaria Executiva Regional (SER) II informou que o buraco na rua Tenente Benévolo com Ildefonso Albano será tapado hoje. Os fiscais vão verificar, também nesta sexta-feira, o outro buraco existente na via.

Já a SER IV afirma que a cratera aberta na Dedé Brasil foi ocasionada por uma obra da Cagece. Será enviada uma equipe ao local para verificar o problema. A Secretaria Executiva Regional do Centro (Sercefor) diz estar ciente dos problemas nas vias e promete fazer os reparos em breve. Porém, as duas Regionais não estipularam prazos para isso.

Em nota, o Transfor diz que o aparecimento do buraco na Sargento Hermínio é em virtude da não conclusão das obras na via. Quando a nova drenagem for totalmente instalada, o problema tende a desaparecer. Segundo o órgão, os reparos já estão sendo providenciados.

O POVO entrou em contato com a assessoria de imprensa da Secretaria de Infraestrutura de Fortaleza para debater a qualidade do asfalto utilizado nas vias da Capital, mas até o fechamento da matéria o retorno não foi dado.
